Today i've got a "What's in my gym bag ? " post for you .... i wanna start a kinda series of health and fitness posts and i thought it would be a good idea to start by showing you my gym bag essentials !
SO , i started regularly working out ( i go to the gym 3 to 5 times a week) and these are all the things i must have in my gym bag ... it's might seem too much but I'm a big " what's if" lady , and i have to have all what i might need handy !
So let's get started !
- My gym bag (obviously!) ...just an old Nike gym bag that i got years ago and I'm using it until i buy my dream gym bag that I'll show you in another post ;-) .
- A Shaker and a little container filled with Chia seeds .
- My Pedometer that i love so deeply .
- "In the shower" bag (this is how i call it in my head !)
- "Out of the shower" bag
- My bag organizer purse .
- My phone (Samsung galaxy Nexus) and headphones .
- Swimming gear : Bathing suit , cap and goggles .
- Workout clothes . (will detail in an other article )
- a small zip bag wear i keep additional underwear and socks (i keep it always in the little pouch )
- My running shoes ( Reebok DMX Ride )
- flip-fops ( A MUST HAVE !)
My "Out of the shower" bag : tonnes of head bands , hair ties and bobby pins + antibacterial wipes (i don't recommend those) + aluminum free deodorant + coins for the water machine .
My "In the shower" bag : small containers of shampoo , soap , body lotion , and moisturizer ( most of them are samples or the little bath essentials you get in hotels ) + a loofah .
This is my bag organizer that holds all my essentials and i use it for all my bags : a notebook , my wallet m had sanitizer + hand cream + lip balms + chewing gum + keys .
